All companies that are reporting to my consumer report are continuing to report nonpublic information to my credit report. I have already sent each company opt out letters which stated that I am opting out of anything being reported to my credit report that I do not agree to have reported. According to the FCRA and the Privacy of 1974, I have the right to make sure my PRIVATE information isn't shared with any credit reporting agency or its affiliates. I have never given them written, non-verbal, verbal or implied consent to report any of my nonpublic information to the Consumer Reporting agencies. 15 UCS 6802 states that A financial institution may not disclose nonpublic information to a nonaffiliated third party unless the consumer is given an explanation of how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option. I was never informed of my right to exercise my nondisclosure option. I've also sent letters to Experian, XXXX and XXXX and revoked any consent to furnish any information to my consumer report that I do not agree to have furnished. According to 12 CFR 1022.3, the definition of Identity theft, which means a fraud committed or attempted by using the identifying information of another person without their AUTHORITY, this matter could also be identified as IDENTITY THEFT because i never gave them any authority to do so. There reporting has severely impacted my credit score and I would like to be fully compensated for this.
