This report is because I already tried to resolve this issue directly with the card issuer. However, they insist that I must pay for the charge reported as fraud. I want to report again that this charge was not authorized by me. I do not have another authorized user on the account and I have never given my card or information to anyone so I am completely unaware of this charge. I asked Aspire to do a thorough and appropriate investigation into this case but they did not do so as they never provided me with the information used in the investigation. I contacted the merchant and they told me that the card issuer should work with them to reach a result. I reported the charge after contacting the XXXX merchant and that is why I did not report the charge immediately to the bank. I tried to resolve it with the merchant first and told the Aspire agent who helped me. Also, I'd like to report that I do not have a credit card since a few months ago because Aspire haven't sent a replacement card yet. This actions shows their lack of ethics and professionalism. Aspire doesn't care about customer satisfaction at all. It seems very unfair to me that I pay XXXX dollars every month plus an annual fee for the use of this card when I am not using it because I have been without the card for months.
