i called the company back, they keep calling and not leaving messages. i called back to see who they whr they had account with a bank and agent became personal after i Verified my DOB asking how did i get this way with the account. i asked for info on the account stated couldn't give me the address on the account. i had to give it to them. i said no cause to many identity issues happen. asked for sup and she said the same thing stated they have strict guidelines. also if thy had account there is a DO NOT CALL letter on the account at the original credit company along to another collection company that has the account.
