On XX/XX/XXXX I called Credit Collection Services to stop auto payment on XXXX auto withdrawals set up. I told them I never received verification of a debt from XXXX XXXX and feared they never cancelled an account after I moved. They agreed to stop the XXXX future payments on XXXX and XXXX and to put my account in dispute. They agreed to notify the credit bureau it was in dispute and that they would send me verification of the debt. They never did. They charged my account against my permission. They never notified the credit bureau that its disputed. I have no proof this is my debt and I told them I dont understand why it was reported as I set up a plan of payment. Its fraud to not provide proof and charge me.
