Discover continues to report to the credit agencies after I sent a written letter to Discover requesting to opt out of credit reporting. Discover has confirmed that they did in fact received the latter sent to them In XXXX but will continue to report to the credit agencies despite my written and several verbal request for them not to. they instructed me to send the letter again to the same place and address. I spoke with supervisor XXXX, and supervisor XXXX who's operator ID is XXXX. i was explicitly told by XXXX that i would not receive the opt out form, I would not receive the original terms and conditions. XXXX said instead they would send statements. I was also told I would not receive a copy of the prospectus report because thats not something they send out. this is beyond ridiculous. Discover is ignoring my rights as a consumer and proclaiming adverse actions against me willfully by reporting to XXXX party non affiliates. please see attached file for letter sent to discover before printing and signing.
