My loan balances remain at {$0.00}, but not reflected on the credit agencies. Despite multiple attempts, XXXX has not updated my credit report since XX/XX/. Despite providing evidence and submitting disputes with the credit agencies, XXXX reaffirm the reported balances to each agency. The mortgage letter I submitted as evidence did not have the desired impact. When contacting XXXX about the balances, who confirmed with me a XXXX balance, I was also informed that balances are updated monthly, despite the evidence to the contrary. I requested a copy of the information used to justify the reported balance with the credit agencies, which they are required to provide, but was only directed to download my mortgage letter and provided with no further details or timeline for the update.The mortgage letter provided no benefit in advancing my case, The credit agencies did not take that evidence into serious consideration when they should have as it is a document from the lender.
