XXXX XXXX XXXX continues to send a fraudulent account to collections, first with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX, I had sent this collection Agencie a validation letter and they did not validate the debt. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX requested documents to prove the debt was fraudulent I faxed the Affidavit, Police Report, copies of proof of residence and provided a government issued ID to XXXX XXXX XXXX per their request. XXXX XXXX XXXX did not send me anything in regard to their investigation. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX had reported the fraudulent collection account to the credit bureaus and was on my credit report. I then filed a complaint against this collection agency with the CFPB for their wrongful reporting. They failed to validate the debt and did not stop their collection efforts. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX mailed me a fraud packet. Again I uploaded all documents to XXXX XXXX XXXX fraud department, Affidavit, Police Report, two copies proof of residence during the time of the fraudulent activity, and my government issues ID. I did not hear back from XXXX XXXX XXXX about their investigation. On XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX I got a call from a New Debt Collector Sunrise Credit Services , Inc . Attempting to collect on the same fraudulent account. I explained this account is fraud and I have reported this to XXXX XXXX XXXX multiple times, with the required documents they have requested and still they are continuing to collect on this fraudulent account. I filed another fraud claim with XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. With more documents to prove my claim.
