I had XXXX XXXX first for my children and I but someone stole my email and phone number I had for 10 years and my XXXX account, identity theft. I tried to open an account with them again and they refused to add my children, so I left and went to Aura whom I have now and Aura refuses to help me with my problems with ID theft and fraud I have proof of. They won't even help get a fraudulent address off my credit report. I told them i want XXXX XXXX dollars and now I want XXXX XXXX dollars and free service for life! My children are missing, this is a SERIOUS SITUATION, i have police reports and ftc reports. My XXXX XXXX XXXX number is # XXXX
