Dear, Equifax Re : Victim of identity theft To whom it may concern these inquires in my credit file or report are from unauthorized use of my social security number and card. i did not authorize these inquires to be taken out in my name nor they relate to anything i did. im unaware of any of this. Please REMOVE this information no later than 4 days after receiving this letter under 15 U.S. Code 1681c2. This letter was not sent in error or a misrepresentation. Your company must follow the proper procedures to make sure this get deleted in the time frame it state. 1.
