On XX/XX/2023, I received a phone call from an employee from XXXX XXXX XXXX, I was told I could obtain financial assistance if I did not have the funds to purchase a pet. I told this employee I did not want to have a hard pull to my credit report. This employee expressed to me this will not be a hard pull. They only do soft pull to see if I was pre-approved. I gave her my information for a soft pull. Then I was told I had to call XXXX XXXX to complete my application. I did not call XXXX XXXX or any other company to get approval. On XX/XX/XXXX. 2023 I received a letter from XXXX XXXX and a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2023, asking me to please call to finish processing my Petland application. I did not call anyone to complete this an application. I have done XXXX disputes with XXXX and was told that have documentations proving I gave XXXX the right to pull my credit. I have asked for these documents from XXXX and XXXX and I was told to get them from each other.
