I just received a copy of my updated consumer report and I am shocked to still see the inaccurate information still being furnished on my report. This account is duplicated on my report and neither account should be on my report XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX Both have the same account number these items need to be removed. I have filed a compliant with the CFPB regarding these accounts and XXXX has determined it does not meet FCRA requirements therefore it has been deleted however XXXX and Experian continue to report this inaccurate information even though they are all govern by the FCRA. 15 USSC 1681s clearly states that it is the duty of the consumer reporting agencies to ensure maximum accuracy when furnishing information.
