There has been a lot of transactions occurring on this particular account due to my nature of work. I have needed to file several disputes because of merchants having the debit card on file and making unauthorized transactions. However, my latest complaint is against the bank itself. The account was overdrawn by {$120.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, I deposited {$100.00} on XX/XX/XXXX and received an email stating that I had until midnight XX/XX/XXXX to deposit the {$22.00} which I actually deposited {$40.00} on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX ( text msg receipt from Wells Fargo Bank ). On XX/XX/XXXX at approximately XXXXXXXX XXXX Wells Fargo Bank placed an overdraft fee on the account which is incorrect and their bankers don't seem to comprehend very well. In addition, I have some other discrepancy about two other transactions on the account from XX/XX/XXXX. I was given two provisional credits ( which were taken back ), I received a letter from Wells Fargo to send in documents confirming the merchant wasn't supposed to receive the payment ( something to that extent ) I sent in the documents never received back the credit. When I called to check the status it went from them needing documents to the funds were never actually taken out of the account which to my knowledge seems to be incorrect.
