On XX/XX/XXXX, the past due fee of {$40.00} appeared on my credit card account. I have set minimum auto payment, which I saw was {$160.00} on my app. When Capital One take out the money it was {$510.00}, resulting in insufficient fund fee of {$25.00} from my XXXX XXXX XXXX and past due fee of {$40.00} from Capital One itself. The minimum payment Capital One showed on my app differs what they actually withdrew from my bank differs. This practice is totally unfair. Capital Ones is effectively stealing money from me. Besides, when I was abroad, they would grey out my payment functions so I was unable to make payments a couple of times. So they could charge me late fees and they were surely able to see I was logging in from a foreign country.
