This is response to complaint XXXX. The collection agency stated that the dispute letter sent was to an old address which is XXXX years old. This is the address found on my credit report as well as online, so that is a fault within your company. Your company 's incompetency of not updating your mailing address has nothing to do with me. Furthermore, I am rejecting this response because I am only willing to discuss anything via CFPB, which is why I submitted this complaint. I will need everything in writing for court records. I am not interested in any correspondence outside of the portal, nor do you have a mailing address for me. Once again, I am requesting Proof of your right to own/collect this alleged debt -Balance claimed including all fees, interest and penalties -Provide me of the amount of which the debt was purchased/forward flow agreement. Please provide the requested documents via CFPB or remove this account from my credit report.
