After my latest complaint about this credit card with CFPB I decided not to use this card anymore. Reward balance at this point is {$160.00}. When I tried today to transfer that balance to my and my husband 's Citizen 's bank account I faced poor customer services. When I dialed " customer service '' number I got to the fraud department instead of customer service. When I was transferred to the customer service and talked to a person by name XXXX I was told that fraud department put a freeze on my credit card and the transfer could not be made!
