Around XXXX to XXXX XXXX week of XX/XX/year>, I found out about an account in wells fargo bank that i never opened. Somebody changed my mailing address, contact phone number and email address in my wells fargo account. Someone transferred money from my account to this new fake account without my knowledge. I went to wells fargo and informed them about this. They helped to reverse transation but did not help me prevent such transactions happening in future. I further saw many suspicious fake transactions on XX/XX/XXXX. There were total 4 transactions on XXXX which were suspicious. Someone also opened XXXX digital account in XXXX without my knowledge. I called multiple times to XXXX but their customer service is worst and exhausing. Till today, XXXX has not helped me updating my actual phone number. On XX/XX/XXXX, Someone tried to open wells fargo account under my name without my knowledge. I filed the police report regarding these transactions to near by police station.
