I have been using PayPal to receive payments for my online business and also paid some of my staff using the same platform. On XXXX XX/XX/2023, I made a withdrawal of {$800.00} on my PayPal account ( Merchant ID XXXX ). I then got a notice that PayPal is requesting for my verification details. I gladly provided the documents required and all was fine until on XXXX and XXXX of XX/XX/2023 I did get notified that my account has been permanently limited. I was made to understand that I could only cash-out my funds after 180 days which I gladly waited. After 6 months ( 180days ), I contacted PayPal customer care so they could make an adjustment for me to cash-out my funds but all was in vain. It is almost 7 months now and still I have not been helped to cash-out my funds from PayPal as they are claiming that there is an ongoing verification on my account which could take another 180 days. I feel that is not fair to me because I have waited for 6 months as they told me earlier and now they are telling me to wait for another 180 days yet I had made a commitment to the funds and I need it nowdesperately.
