Greetings, My Loan was transferred to Mr. Cooper in XXXX. I have been with Mr. Cooper for approximately 15 years. I have been trying to deal with and communicate equitably with Mr. Cooper and expecting to be treated as a valued customer ; however not. I've had two modifications due to loss of employment each time. If it had not been for XXXX stepping in, Mr. Copper advised me in XXXX that I was not eligible for the second Modification. I was able to find employment again after the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. My employer XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who built XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX had to leave the area due to the XXXX Financial Crash. XXXX XXXX lost our next project... re-developing XXXX acres at the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX due to the Real Estate Market Crash. Since the second Modification, Mr. Copper has repeatedly reported my payments late. Nationstar dba Mr. Cooper violates the law that clearly states that payments have to be 30 days late before reporting this to the credit bureaus. I have not had any late payments since the XXXX Modification. I have repeatedly attempted to obtain documents from Mr. Cooper ; i.e., 1 ) a Promissory Note, Mortgage Document, and Processed Modification Documents that were signed with no legal representation ; only a notary to tell me where to sign. The settlement Papers state that I received a check/money to cover the loan ; which I did not. I asked Mr. Cooper to prove that they own both the Promissory Note and the Mortgage which their CRS advised that they did ; the documents can not be separated. I still have not received the documents I asked for. I have asked Mr. Cooper NUMEROUS TIMES Verbally and in Writing to Stop Sending messages to me via their secured mailbox. They have been advised that I am unable to open the messages because my username is NOT my email address. The user name can not be changed or manipulated in the message. Mr. Cooper has done nothing but try to Sabotage me and my Credit. Having a poor credit score causes one to pay more for insurance, goods, and services. I have finally gotten my credit score out of being poor to good. No thanks to Mr. Cooper. I am a XXXX XXXX ; I have been in my home for 31 years. I can not continue to deal with the nonsense from Mr. Cooper any longer. Thank you in advance for assisting me. Most appreciatively, XXXX XXXX XXXX
