This is in response to complaint XXXX. XXXX XXXX failed to provide documentation presenting any liability I have with them. The alleged debt with XXXX XXXX is inaccurate. I have not held a balance of {$980.00} with the original creditor, nor do I owe a balance to XXXX XXXX. Furthermore, XXXX XXXX failed to provide their license to collect debt in the state of Texas. I was not presented with the forward flow agreement which I have this right as a consumer. When a debt is sold, the consumer is to receive correspondence via mail, which was never the case. I also wish to emphasize that, even if this were my account, I have never received any correspondence, such as a 1099-C, which would allow me to audit the reported information. As per the IRS guidelines, I have the option to file Form 3949a for illegal tax violations, and I sincerely hope it does not come to that. Any liability that was held with XXXX XXXX has since been satisfied. I will be moving forward with legal action if this account is not removed from my Experian report within 7 business days.
