The bank doing the below and actively trying to steal my money 1- When I make payment against the principal they always reverse it and go to some suspension and it will show in my account and count against the loan balance unless I spend hours in the phone wit them 2- The bank make it so hard for me to make payment against the loan balance, when they notice I have been regular payment online again the loan balance they stop the option for me to make the payment online, the only option now to make payment against the loan balance which they make me wait an hour to make the payment and they do not even process the payment
