On XX/XX/year> I sent an investigation request letter to all XXXX Credit Bureaus : XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion to check if the account ending in # XXXX is listed and being reported 100 % correctly on my report. The Credit Bureaus stated the account XXXX # XXXX was properly investigated and updated but how is that possible if the date opened is incorrect as well as the date last reported, the date last active and also the date of the last payment. According to the FCRA by law I have the rights to challenge anything that isnt correct on my credit profile. The law states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. I havent given these accounts written permission to furnish these accounts on my credit report.
