PNC COMPLAINT LOST WIRE TRANSFER TO XXXX XXXX {$53000.00} Thank you in advance for your assistance to resolve a lost international wire transaction. The wire was initiated by our PNC Local Branch Office. The date of the wire was XX/XX/2023 in the amount of {$53000.00}. The wire used Intermediary XXXX and XXXX XXXX in the XXXX. The funds are from donors for the benefit of church ministries organized in the XXXX. There is no dispute by PNC and XXXX that the funds were wired. However, XXXX and our XXXX XXXX office claim that the funds have not yet been received. XXXX XXXXXXXX has requested a Swift Document to aid their search. To date, the Swift Document has not been generated by PNC in their work with XXXX.
