XXXX mailed a phone to me that I never received. I communicated this information to them and was told I dont owe anything, the situation would b taken care of. After multiple back and fourths I was told situation resolved, it was confirmed I did not receive the phone nor do I owe a bill. Now Im receiving multiple calls and emails from a law firm, identifying themselves as debt collectors
