On XX/XX/XXXX, my mother, XXXX XXXX, and I, XXXX XXXX, vehicle was flooded. It was determined by XXXX insurance company, XXXX XXXX, to be totaled! The official total date was XX/XX/XXXX. Since then we have been going back and forth with Toyota Financial ServicesXXXX We have spoken to several Agents from Toyota. The few Agent ID numbers we have are, # XXXX, # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX There are a few more but they speak so fast when telling you their " Agent ID '' number and when you ask them to repeat it they either don't or they repeat it faster than the first time with an attitude. Every Agent we have listed said the calls were recorded as well. Each of those Agents, along with several other Agents has said my XXXX and I would receive the " warranty money '' back for the vehicle. Well to be honest we didn't release we even had that many warranties purchased besides the Gap Coverage. The warranties are XXXX ) XXXX XXXX for {$690.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$2300.00} and XXXX ) XXXX XXXX for {$1000.00}, making the total {$4100.00}. XXXX XXXX has sent over all documents and promised to pay Toyota. The amount they are paying Toyota is {$18000.00} ( {$17000.00} pay off, {$1000.00} Taxes, and {$120.00} Tags ) The amount left on the loan for Toyota is {$20000.00}. From what we were told by every Toyota Agent, the " pay off '' amount of {$20000.00} includes the warranties. So that would make the true " pay off '' $ XXXXSo if XXXX XXXX is paying them {$18000.00}, that would leave a total amount due back to us in the amount of {$2600.00}, plus the {$4100.00} in warranties making the total amount {$6700.00}! Toyota is now telling us that we are only getting {$98.00} back! That is a huge difference from the amount we have been told these last 4weeks by the Agents! The Agent who told us this last week said they contacted Toyota Financial of XXXX in XXXX XXXX and this is the amount they told them they would be sending us on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX est. time. This is insane. How can they do this? We didn't even know about all the warranties besides the Gap Coverage that we purchased, which shouldn't have to be used since the real payoff amount is {$15000.00}! On top of that, I, XXXX XXXX, filed XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy in XX/XX/XXXX, it was discharged on XX/XX/XXXX. Toyota was on this Bankruptcy. They are not supposed to be contacting me to " Collect Debts '', etc. However, they sent certified mail to our house with the letters dated XX/XX/XXXX, demanding monies for the vehicle and that the vehicle could be " repossessed ''. Again the letters were dated XX/XX/XXXX! Almost 4 weeks later after our insurance company deemed the vehicle a total loss! And sent Toyota everything that Toyota requested. And again they are sending repossession papers for a vehicle they know that has been deemed a total loss by XXXX XXXX 4 weeks before they sent the papers. Please look at the dates on all the documents we are uploading and you will see. At this point, Toyota is in default for NOT paying us the money that is due to us, the correct amount! And for harassment! They are giving us the run-around. They have now made my mother 's credit go down because of this. They are not giving us back all the money we are due.
