On XX/XX/XXXX, a payment was made to Ally Financial and they accepted it then claimed to return it due to insufficient funds. They claim to have refunded it but they have not, then we had to pay a late fee on top of scrambling to get money together for another payment. The payment history on my end does not show any refund attempt, other refunds were made on other transactions and showed the return/cancelation but not this one. Its been almost 2 months and we are still going back and forth with them while they give us the runaround and try to sidetrack the call.
