I received three gift cards on XX/XX/year>, sadly my phone was stolen. Which had two of the cards on there that I already spent ( those werent even touched by unfamiliar purchases, which is crazy ). I left one of those three cards in my email because it was about XXXX and I wanted to save that instead of spending it up when I finally got into my XXXX to go for the card, the transactions on the gift card balance showed two purchases on the XXXX of XXXX. One for XXXX the final one for {XXXX, at a XXXX XXXX in XXXX ( I live in the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX ) and the wildest part about all of this is that it was done in the same minute at XXXX XXXX. I called Amex for help and all I was told was in 90 days theyll have an answer for me. I dont want to keep waiting. I need a new phone for my job, school and other responsibilities.
