Chime bank is not telling the truth I purchase something from XXXX merchant on the XX/XX/year> which I started calling chime on the XX/XX/year> asking if tht refund from XXXX came which as they told me tht my refund had not came but XXXX told me tht it may take 3 to 7 business days for my refund to come but like anyone I kept up with chime so I can know my money been refunded an all along they was telling me tht my money wasn't on my card so XX/XX/year> I call chime in they said my money wasn't on my card yet which after I call XXXX an they told me tht my money will be posted on XX/XX/year> so the next day I call chime an they say the {$51.00} wasn't on my card I thought this was funny because XXXX say tht my money would be on my card so I call XXXX an ask them bout the money which they responded in said tht my money was posted in should be back on my account so I call chime back in ask them why my money wasn't showing up on my account which the lady started to lying as if they had train her or them wht to say in this case but the representative first say tht XXXX cancel the order the night ove XXXX which we know XXXX wouldn't cancel my order then they I cancel the order which was a lie then they said tht they didn't take the money off my account in it was pending which i call XXXX an prove to chime tht all them was lies which XXXX associate an thr XXXX did wht they post to do an refunded me my money back so then wen they couldnt lie on XXXX then they starter to lying sayint tht i owe them is why they took the money which i prove tht i didnt owe them which they lied again an said tht XXXX owe them the {$51.00} which i call XXXX back in showed chime thr XXXX did take the money out my account so they owed me then chime lied an say the put the money on my account an took it back which I said they know reason to then the supervisor took my call an promise tht my money would be back on my account on the XX/XX/year> which I call because my {$51.00} wasn't on my account which they start back lying saying tht the money wasn't posted again which I call XXXX back in they told chime tht my money post to be on my account which as then chime told another lie an said tht my money was put back on my account on the XX/XX/XXXX but because my refund session has expired for me to get my refund on the XX/XX/year> they took the money back which why would yu have a session for refund to expire in three or 4 days wen it take any merchant 3 to 10 working days to refund a civilian back so I know thts a lie because they as a XXXX company have told me atleast XXXX lies why I haven't got money or wht happen to my money in Plus I check my account and call chime on the XX/XX/year> which my money wasn't on my account nor they told me tht my money was on my account for me to get out the ATM but they keep saying one lie then another lie but they haven't put my {$51.00} refund on my account in I have proof ove my transaction an account an proof from XXXX an other people tht not only chime but cashapp an XXXX always cheat an steal money from XXXX ove they customer like everyday all day in this process is the only reason they really stay open for to do fraud business
