I was charged from a merchant I have never done business with unaware of merchant. Reported this transaction to chime back on XXXX was told they would have the outlook of the dispute to provide to me by XXXX I have contacted Chime regarding this matter since they failed to have a update of the transaction on XXXX Chime is failing to provide me with a refund and does not want to provide any information about who made this attempt on my credit card are when I would receive my funds back in my account regarding this dispute for fraud activity.
