I filed a dispute with the credit reporting agency XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. Because your company is reporting a charge-off account on my credit report. With misleading and inaccurate information. Your company is violating my consumer rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act section 623-Responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies ( 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ). This account is reporting a past due amount of {$640.00} when in fact there should not be a past due balance reporting on a writen off credit card account. The account closed date does not match the payment rating on my XXXX credit report. And the payment history rating is missing for the month of XX/XX/XXXX when the account was first opened. These inaccurate items needs to be corrected, modified or deleted. ( Please See Attachments )
