The consumer reporting agencies are acting in willful noncompliance. Ive informed them that this information is inaccurate to which they continuously update it as valid. Late payments are being furnished onto my consumer report, and pursuant to FCRA 15 usc 1681a ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) the consumer report does not include any report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. Im demanding for ALL late payments to be removed immediately and the accounts to be updated as PAID AS AGREED, NEVER LATE. Further more the Charge offs furnished onto my consumer according to the IRS publications are a certificate of indebtedness that must be removed immediately as this is income and income can not be reported onto the consumer. 26 CFR 1.61-1a THIS IS IN FACT VIOLATION OF MY PRIVACY ACCORDING TO THE PRIVACY ACT OF 1974.
