Capital 1 website keeps hit a snag and never allows me to file dispute. XXXX XXXX is utilized for XXXX XXXXXXXX and they refuse to help telling me to call in. C1 is not allowing email or electronic communication and discriminatory against services that are openly available, because they choose not to in direct violation of federal laws. They used to offer secure messaging and discontinued it. Certain departments are only accessible by phone and no other method which is discriminatory to XXXX XXXXXXXX. Email communication only as an XXXX request!
