Experian website has issues resetting password. It is a simple problem, but the site has been this way for several months, since my first attempt in XX/XX/year>. I am simply trying to reset my password but the site just hangs with no indication of success or failure. I will now send them request by mail ( per their automated phone instructions )- they also do not allow you to talk to live agents. Fortunately, this is not an emergency but just makes life difficult as I am XXXX XXXX living in XXXX and I do not have a lot of free time. Again, a simple problem but has had my credit frozen for several months and still unable to unlock my account. I will send them a written request by mail.
