XX/XX/ Hello, I am writing this letter to contest the so-called resolution to my XXXX dispute report number XXXX. Per the following screenshots from my XXXX credit report ( see attachments ), you claim that I have XXXX EdFinancial Services federal student loan balances with a combined outstanding balance of {$35000.00}. However, I have already provided documentation ( including the EdFinancial XXXX Account Verification Letter used to validate my mortgage loan lending eligibility ) which clearly indicates that my total outstanding federal student loan balance at this time is ~ {$19000.00} across two individual loan balances. Therefore, I require the third ( duplicative ) loan balance to be immediately remediated. In addition, my XXXX open student loan balances are missing the XXXX XXXX monthly balance so the balances are currently overstated.
