Mr. Cooper is my new Mortgage servicer/ Note Holder/ Collection Agency. I say this because I don't have a Contract or Mortgage agreement with Mr. Cooper. They have been Billing me for my Monthly Mortgage payments for a few months now. I sent a letter asking for ALL DOCUMENTS Including my original Mortgage Note and they didn't provide anything of the such. They have raised my monthly note almost XXXX. They have NOT PROVEN they have any interest in my home as far as having the rights to Bill me monthly, they have NOT SHOWN ME ANY PROOF OF PURCHASING MY MORTGAGE AND NOTE. I have NO CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL. THEY WILL NOT COMPLY WITH MY DEMANDS, THIS IS MY ACCOUNT AND I HAVE THE SUPREME RIGHT TOKNOW ALL THAT IS GOING ON WITH MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE A MORTGAGE WITH XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I CURRENTLY DISPUTING WITH THEM ABOUT DEBT VALIDATION ISSUES. So I don't know anything about this Mr. Cooper Company, and again, have NO CONTRACT WITH THEM. They have claimed to be the Debt Collector, Note Holder and Servicer. They can be only one of these Entities..
