Hello I recently was given a copy of my background check that was obtained from an employer I recently applied to. And they are considering withdrawing my application for which I had already been offered the position to start in a few weeks, due to this inaccurate information listed on my background check. It states that I have a felony on my record, for which I do not. I already told them about the misdemeanor charge that I have had in 2018, to which was on there as well, but when I got charged for that then, it was XXXX counts of misdemeanor XXXX charges. Two of the same charge. But my background report says that I was charged with a misdemeanor and a felony both for the same charge, which is incorrect. I have proof of this documentation if needed.
