I received an unsolicited email from someone named XXXX XXXX saying that they were from True Accord. I did not recognize anything about what they claim was owed. There was an address listed for them so I drafted a letter requesting specifics of this alleged debt and sent it via XXXX certified mail on XX/XX/XXXX. The tracking informed me that the letter was received on XX/XX/XXXX. I have not received anything in response via mail as was requested yet I am still being contacted by this individual, the last communication being what has prompted this complaint. The email address sending these email is XXXX. I feel the need to bring this to someones attention to get this to stop. If they are breaking some type of law, I would like to know that and whether or not damages can be pursued. This complaint was sent to the company on XX/XX/XXXX. No validation of supposed debt has been mailed to me to view. Since filing complaint and requesting proof/validation of debt, I have received numerous emails in relentless fashion from the company and the same individual, appx. XXXX. These are all identified as SPAM and harmful by my email client, they dont even have my name correct. I demand that these emails stop. Surely a legitimate request would come via bill, invoice, letter by mail rather than some scam type email.
