Capital One offered me a XXXX credit card with a 0 % introductory APR rate on all purchases until XXXX ( as long as I paid the monthly minimum balance on time ). I paid the minimum monthly balance on time every month and I paid off my entire account balance the day before the XXXX % APR expiration date, yet Capital One still charged me interest on my account. My XXXX XXXX monthly statement stated that a minimum payment of {$92.00} was required on XXXX. I paid {$300.00} on XXXX. I then paid off the entire card balance of {$8900.00} on XXXX : one day before the promotional APR % expiration date. My XXXX statement balance was {$960.00} and was due on XXXX. I paid the entire balance of {$960.00} on XXXX. A {$16.00} interest charge appeared on my XX/XX/2024 statement. When I called Capital One they told me that my XXXX payment was late. As I have indicated above... that is not true.
