I had a scammer who said they worked for XXXX XXXX XXXX from my cash app account. XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX. Called the cash app support and they said there is nothing they can do. I asked cant they reverse the transactions since the scammer has an account with them and they said no. I gave them the scammers account name and they said there is nothing they can do. I find it hard to believe that a repeatable company wouldnt be able to access an account in their system and get back my money. I would think they would want to help the consumer from getting scammed again and delete that account from their system or at least give information about the account to the authorities to help take them down.
