I had an inquiry on my credit report that showed in the fall approx XXXX from Sun loan and tax service. I called them and they said since i did not live in Texas or any state they do business in that it was obviously an error and I should not be concerned. XXXX XXXX received an alert from XXXX of a delinquent account and I contacted the /Sun loan company spoke to XXXX XXXX. She asked me to submit in writing or email the dispute. I did but have not heard anything else. At this time I put in Dispute with XXXX and froze my three credit bureaus and ( XXXX I filed a dispute the following week ) Today I was alerted that XXXX verified the account as correct and it is absolutely not! According to my report it was originally for {$1700.00} and now is up to {$2600.00}. I have had outstanding credit for many years and I would not risk my credit for this tiny amount of monies. I have worked hard for my credit! XXXX needs to fix this. Sun Loan needs to fix this. If Sun loan is doing people 's loans and taxes they should be more diligent in who they give money to and verify the persons identity!!! I also contacted Sun loan again today.
