Lifted freeze eff. XX/XX/XXXX thru XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX neglected to process the application and I was told to do it again on XX/XX/XXXX, called TransUnion, was asked security questions about ex husband???, been divorced XXXX XXXX XXXX I know nothing about him, would not lift freeze, said I failed security questions.
