I have an account with affirm that was with another collections agency that was returned back to them. I never even got to make a payment on it before it was sent back. Now its been sitting with them for months, I am hard of hearing and a XXXX veteran so once again calling on the phone does not work for me. I need a messaging service but can not get what I need to get done and they just tell me to call in. I am trying to figure out whats going on with this account and why hasnt it been sent to another agency like XXXX or XXXX XXXX since the other agency failed to maintain my file. The loan number is XXXX. Id like to get a payment plan set on this to get it done and over with. I will be requesting a payment plan.
