I tried making a payment on my XXXX account with Comenity. I keep getting a message that a payment has already been applied and that I need to check scheduled payments. But there are no scheduled payments. I really just want to make my payment so I dont get hit by late fees and all that. I tried sending Comenity a secure message on their website and it didnt go through. I am hard of hearing and thats one of the very few options for me.
