I had a credit card account with Capital One for some reason I have gone through a case of identity theft and the person hacked my credit card. There are purchases on the card that I did not use. I have called several times but there seems to be a misunderstanding. I'm willing to pay {$500.00} of the bill. The card was hacked and the person had changed my email and phone number back in XXXX they helped me fix that but they determined to close the account.
