XXXX has reported my account as delinquent/not current from the months of XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and now ( as of this morning ) XXXX XXXX to Transunion. Payments made in XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX were never late ( all made on time ) and were successfully removed from my Transunion report after multiple disputes. XXXX has a history of lying about when payments are due and when they will report them to the bureau as delinquent. I have asked for documentation and receipts to which they say they will not discuss with me further due to my complaints made to the CFPB. I have successfully submitted complaints and have previous delinquencies removed from my account in the past ( XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX ) due to their inaccurate reporting. They tell me they will " escalate '' the situation yet turn around and tell me they can not comment due to my reports to the CFPB. XXXX is a predatory lender who is careless with their reporting and seek to make angry consumers like myself go away simply by ignoring my complaints to them. I have proof of payments being made on time, yet they are constantly reported as being made a day later or past the cut off time for payment acceptance for the day.
