In XXXX I got a loan through XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The loan was paid off by the insurance company and gap paid the remainder. However, the company is claiming that they need an additional {$490.00} I don't know why but I disputed the account with all 3 credit bureaus and its still reporting on my credit as charged off. If the company claim that the account is charged off then Im requesting a 1099c that this debt according to the IRS is cancelled and needs to have all 3 credit bureau aware of this immediately.
