i realized on XX/XX/XXXX that a withdrawal of {$10000.00} was made from my account in DT Bank to XXXX XXXX XXXX, so i called the bank to advice that this is not my credit card and this transaction is fraud, they gave me a run around for a few days until i went down to the bank myself and then they say that they are looking in to this no further information available at this time, it's a lot of money and they have the XXXX account number that this payment was applied to so its no big deal to verify where the money went, i am helpless
