In 2018 when I moved, XXXX improperly transferred my account to the new address and created a balance due in the old account even though everything was paid in full. But the open balance remained and went to collections. I called XXXX, they admitted the error and told me they would withdraw the collections. But that didnt happen. I called XXXX again and they admitted again and said they would withdraw the collections, but it still never happened. Ever since then ( for 6 years!! ) this collection bounces from agency to agency and reappears on my credit report. Currently the company trying to collect is called Southwest Credit Systems and the amount is represented as {$730.00}. This is the only derogatory mark on my credit, and it never goes away!! Can you please help me?! Thank you! XXXX
