My car was a total loss in XX/XX/XXXX, my insurance paid out over XXXX the check was cashed and showed in the Bridgecrest app as a payment onXX/XX/XXXX, my gap insurance also sent payment that was cashed by Bridgecrest on XX/XX/scrub>XX/XX/XXXX, these check coupled with the car payments I was still making totaled more then what I owed for the car, the car has now been paid for plus some, yet its XX/XX/XXXX and Bridgecrest has reversed payments on my account and is showing a balance owed from when I first bought the car. What have they done with all my payments? Why am I being charged payment reversal fees when I never reversed any payments? Where did all the money go? When I call and ask they tell me they have my money and they need more time to process things and that Im to keep making payments, I dont understood how this is legal? They cashed the insurance checks? Am I being scammed?
