I want to refile this please as my formal complaint to CONN CREDIT CORP /CONN APPLIANCES INC for still allowing the fraudulent account on my credit report. I filed an identity theft with the FTC report number XXXX As I rechecked my credit report this fraudulent account is still reflected on my credit report. I was expecting that I can count on them to protect my information and to provide accurate credit reports but they seems to neglect the responsibilities to provide accurate information to my credit report.
