Discover Bank allowed two withdrawals made without my knowledge or consent. The Fraud group refused to discuss or resolve. The complaint was started on XX/XX/24. I have called several times and was told by another group it has not been resolved and they can not give me any idea when it will be resolved. This has created a financial hardship. Discover Bank required me to pay for both withdrawals before they would close the account that was hacked.
